Even though I have been a long-term customer of Easy Flowers in , I had an great experience today. I used the website to order flowers and it was critical that they be delivered on time and to the right person for many reasons. I inadvertently entered an incorrect address but finalised the order before catching it. I immediately emailed customer service and their team personally helped me , they made the changes on my behalf. I was incredibly pleased and will never use any other company for my floral needs.Thank you so much Easy!! (Posted on 3/8/2017)
